In the college town of Heidelberg, Germany the river Neckar crosses the dense human-scaled urbe. Water calmly flows down its course when a hydroelectric plant borrows its inertia to create energy. Interestingly, the water that was calmed and serene becomes energized after the process. A student riding a bicycle crosses the bridge triggering the photographers shutter exactly at two thirds of the frame.
